| If during the course of the transport the need arises for the consignor or the consignee to agree to such an arrangement with a freight forwarder, the consignor or the consignee are to provide the information to the corresponding border stations. |
Если необходимость в такой договоренности отправителя или получателя с экспедиторской организацией возникает в пути следования груза, отправитель или получатель должен уведомить об этом соответствующие пограничные станции надлежащим образом. |
| Should the consignor not agree with the decision taken by the official, the consignor may, at his or her own cost, invite an expert from a State for trade or industry body. |
В случае несогласия отправителя с решением начальника станции отправитель может пригласить за свой счет эксперта из органов государственной торговли или промышленности. |
| For the purposes of the customs or other formalities which have to be completed before delivery, the consignor shall attach the necessary documents to the consignment note or place them at the disposal of the carrier and shall furnish him with all the necessary information. |
Для выполнения таможенных или других формальностей, которые должны быть выполнены до доставки, отправитель должен приложить к накладной необходимые документы или передать их в распоряжение перевозчика, и снабдить его всей необходимой информацией. |
| If this information has not been entered in the consignment note, the burden of proving, by some other means, that the carrier knew the exact nature of the danger constituted by the carriage of the said goods shall rest upon the sender or the consignee. |

| If the shipment has been transported via other border stations, along a shorter route than that specified by the consignor in the consignment note, the freight charges shall be calculated on the basis of the shortest distance as determined by the applicable tariff via these border stations. |
