| The consignor shall have the right to authorize its designated attendants to carry out the obligations and exercise the rights of the consignor stipulated in the contract of carriage if the carriage or delivery of the cargo is blocked. |

| 6 If the consignor has undertaken to pay customs duties, the carrier shall have the choice of completing customs formalities either in transit or at the destination place. |
