| 2 If the consignor or the consignee assigns its obligations under 1 of this article to a third party, the third party shall be mentioned by the consignor in the consignment note as the payment agent and shall have a contract with the corresponding carrier. |

| In the consignment note under "type of consignment", the consignor shall indicate if the goods are to be consigned as a wagon-load consignment, small consignment or container consignment. |

| 3 The consignor shall pay the carrier a contractual penalty if after the conclusion of the contract of carriage the carrier discovers that the information and declarations included in the consignment note by the consignor are incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete and if it is determined that: |

| The consignor shall record on the reverse of the notification sheet instructions for dealing with the goods, and return the notification sheet to the station or communicate the instructions according to the procedure prescribed in the internal regulations. |
При возврате извещения или сообщении указаний порядком, установленным внутренними правилами, отправитель обязан предъявить станции отправления дубликат накладной (лист З накладной) для внесения соответствующих указаний отправителя. |
